I was fortunate enough to have gotten to participate in the ODP Interregional tournament this past December. The camp was held at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. This was my fourth year being in the ODP program, and it’s the first year that I got got selected to be on the Region 2 team.

The camp was a really good learning experience for me. It was among the highest level of soccer that I have ever played in. Unfortunately due to weather we were only able to play two games- against the South and the West. We played well in both games and were able to pull off a 1-1 tie against the west. We lost a hard-fought game against the South 1-0. Being from North Dakota, I don’t get opportunities like these very often. It was really cool to be able to represent both North and South Dakota in this national tournament, and I’m extremely grateful for it.
